Quiet Courage Co is an Australian-based business selling print-on-demand apparel and accessories. Orders are fulfilled by our third-party print partner (Printify) and shipped directly to you.

3. Products & Orders

All products are made to order. Please review sizing guides carefully before purchasing, as items are produced specifically for you.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Product colours may vary slightly from on-screen representations due to monitor settings and print processes.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout.
Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are indicative only. Delays may occur due to production times, carrier delays, or customs processing for international orders.
Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

As our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
