Quiet Courage Co creates apparel and gifts inspired by resilience, chronic illness, invisible disabilities, mental health, and the quiet strength it takes to keep going through life's challenges.

What do your designs represent?

Our designs are created for anyone carrying battles that aren't always visible to others. Some pieces are encouraging, some are symbolic, and some use gentle humour to bring lightness to difficult experiences.

Are your designs created by Quiet Courage Co?

Yes. Every design is thoughtfully created or curated to reflect the values and mission of Quiet Courage Co.

Why "Quiet Courage"?

Because courage isn't always loud. Sometimes it looks like getting through the day, showing up despite the struggle, and continuing forward one step at a time.

How do I choose the right size?

Each product includes a size guide on its product page. If you prefer a relaxed or oversized fit, we recommend sizing up.

How long will my order take to arrive?

All apparel items are made to order especially for you.

Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order is dispatched.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Australia: 2–8 business days

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or due to carrier delays.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to Australia only. We are working hard to ship to the rest of the world as soon as possible.

Do all products ship together?

Some products are fulfilled by different production partners. If your order contains multiple product types, they may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

Can I return or exchange my order?

As our products are custom-made upon ordering, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

Change of mind
Incorrect size selection
Accidental orders
Preference changes after purchase
Delays caused by shipping carriers

Please review product descriptions, sizing information, and your order details carefully before completing your purchase.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please provide:

Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photographs showing the problem

If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders enter production quickly, so changes or cancellations can only be made within a short time after placing your order. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
