Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, contains a printing defect, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Lost Packages

Refund Processing
