Every item is made to order especially for you. This helps reduce waste and allows us to create meaningful products with care, rather than producing items in bulk.

Processing Times

As our products are made to order, please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order is dispatched.

Production times may occasionally be longer during holiday periods, sales events, or times of unusually high demand.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been produced and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Australia: 10–20 business days

Please note that these timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, carrier delays, and peak shipping periods.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because all items are made to order, we are unable to guarantee changes, cancellations, or modifications once production has begun.

If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. We will do our best to assist if production has not yet started.
